Herbalife Formula 1 nutritional shakes combine complex carbohydrates with lean protein, which can keep you going for longer without feeling the need to snack!
Rich in protein
Herbalife Formula 1 shakes contain up to 10.6 grams (in Cookies and Cream flavour) of soy protein. To achieve the recommended intake of 25 grams of protein, aim for two shakes a day, and try supplementing with other Herbalife soy-based products like Formula 3 or other foods such as soy beans and tofu.
Proteins from foods like soy and dairy are often called ‘complete’ proteins because they contain all the essential amino acids (or building blocks) your body needs for the growth and maintenance of muscle.
By increasing your percentage of lean muscle mass your metabolism is also increased meaning you’ll burn more calories even while you are sleeping!

Formula 1 Healthy Meal Shake is sold in 550g tubs containing approx 21 meals. Mix 2 scoops (26g) of Formula 1 with 250ml of fluid (e.g. milk) and shake or blend until smooth.
Formula 1 is available in seven flavours:
- Vanilla
- Strawberry
- Chocolate
- Tropical Fruit (banana)
- Cappuccino
- Cookies and Cream
- Toffee Apple and Cinnamon
If you are taking two shakes a day as part of a Herbalife Weight Loss Programme you will need 2-3 tubs. They can be different flavours for variety.
